SpikeSource Expands Partner Ecosystem With Five New Testing Partners

SpikeSource, a provider of business-ready open source infrastructure, announced today that it is expanding its partner ecosystem to include five new software development companies that will act as testing partners for SpikeSource customers. The new testing partners are AppLabs, Augmentum, Aztec Software, Cognizant and Software Development Technologies.

The companies will join the SpikeSource ecosystem of business, technology and community partners that help companies leverage the flexibility and cost-effectiveness of open source software. SpikeSource automated testing and subscription services certify that the open source software components being adopted by companies reliably interoperate within the rest of a customer's infrastructure.

Testing Partners work with SpikeSource to assist customers in developing testing strategies for their applications. This process includes determining what should be tested as well as determining language runtimes and platforms and writing the actual test cases. As a result of these services, customer applications are fully prepared for testing within the SpikeSource test harness.
