Joseph D Takes Over UNIX Administration Position Based On McKenzie Scott's Recommendations
1 January 1970With help from McKenzie Scott, Joseph D won a senior manager position at UNIX Administration, a large trucking firm in the Midwest.
Reporting to the VP of Host services, Joe will recruit and retain world-class associates, develop and implement aggressive technology strategies, manage multiple, high priority value-add projects, implement technology solutions, develop and administer an associate and software/hardware budget, utilizing effective negotiation skills to drive down costs while not compromising quality.
He’ll also provide leadership and direction though technical subject matter expertise, manage vendor relationships, support and drive the IT organization to an enterprise-wide approach for production/operational support, and embrace and lead change.
