DedicatedCentral's managed backup service enables customers to store all data files in a separate centralized backup server to reduce the risk of losing data. In addition, DedicatedCentral offers several managed server applications, including ColdFusion, MSSQL, Miva Ecommerce, Urchin, Plesk and WorkgroupMail. All options of server hardware feature Dell PowerEdge technology and come with Sentry Firewall, DC Spam Filter, ServerWatch Basic (monitoring and alerting), network intrusion detection, automatic remote reboot, centralized backup storage, Plesk and Urchin web applications, 2,000 GB bandwidth, and 5 IP addresses. Two standard service packages -- DC-Standard and DC-Ultra -- offer various feature and service combinations appropriate for the small enterprise. Supported computing environments include Fedora Linux, RedHat ES and Windows 2003.
