The centre offers pre-sales support to distributors, resellers and customers during the evaluation period and will deliver the post-sales support that is included as part of every Centrify(TM) DirectControl(TM) maintenance agreement. "Our customers and resellers now have an additional technical resource for support and service through our EMEA Technical Support Centre," said Bob Shears, general manager for Centrify Europe. "Solfit is a trusted partner for Centrify due to their experience with companies large and small and their expertise in UNIX, identity management, and integration. We are confident that our partnership with Solfit will help ensure customer satisfaction."

"We are delighted with this agreement, which leverages the strengths of Solfit," said Jasbir Singh, CEO of Solfit. "We are proud to partner with Centrify to deliver services to customers throughout EMEA."

The Centrify EMEA Technical Support Centre is staffed by technical experts who have an average of 15 years experience in delivering and supporting identity management solutions and a deep technical knowledge of UNIX, Kerberos, and single sign-on projects. The EMEA support infrastructure is tightly integrated with Centrify's corporate headquarters' infrastructure in Mountain View, California, in the center of the Silicon Valley. The Centrify EMEA Support Centre may be reached by phone at +41 61 205 8979.
