Apache to Release Third-Quarter Earnings Followed By Conference Call on Oct. 26

Apache Corporation, (NYSE, Nasdaq: APA) a leading independent oil and gas exploration and production company, will release its third-quarter 2006 results at 7:45 a.m. Central time on Thursday, Oct. 26, followed by a conference call to discuss results at 1 p.m. Central time.

The call will be webcast from Apache's Web site, http://www.apachecorp.com . The webcast replay and podcast will be archived on Apache's Web site.
