Aladdin HASP HL, the industry's leading hardware-based licensing and software protection system, now features upgraded "envelope" security. The strongest protection tool available within HASP HL, the enhanced envelope offers an even higher level of security while still protecting applications in minutes by "wrapping" it in a highly protected shell. By binding software to the HASP HL key using this latest technology, software publishers gain the strongest anti-piracy protection on the market today.

HASP4 Support for 64-bit Linux and New License Manager for Linux

Aladdin HASP4 expands its extensive Linux support (SUSE, Redhat), enabling software developers to protect their native 64-bit software for Linux. Specifically, this includes support for Linux 64-bit running on 64-bit extended systems such as AMD Opteron(TM), Athlon(TM) 64 or Intel processors with Intel® EM64T technology.

The new Linux 64-bit support is accompanied by a new HASP HL License Manager for Linux, enabling system administrators to run and manage HASP- protected software in network environments, and connect HASP HL Net keys to Linux machines.
