Agilysys and Red Hat Partner To Deliver Open Source Solutions

(Nasdaq: RHAT), the world's leading provider of open source solutions to the enterprise, today announced that the two companies have signed an enterprise reseller agreement to deliver Red Hat solutions and the benefits of open source to Agilysys customers. Red Hat's unique vision and leadership in the open source community combined with the consulting and services capabilities of Agilysys Professional Services will provide customers with successful, cost-effective open source technology integrations in mission-critical environments.

The agreement authorizes Agilysys Enterprise Solutions Group (ESG) as a Red Hat Advanced Business Partner, the top-tier level of Red Hat's channel program. This will enable the two organizations to collaborate in the development and delivery of reliable open source solutions to customers.
